The agreement between you and Areonex for using SayAlign.

What the service does

SayAlign rewrites and drafts messages inside Gmail, Outlook on the web and LinkedIn. It suggests text. It never sends anything, and it never changes your message until you choose to replace it.

Your account

You need an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe, and the account is for one person. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Plans and payment

• Free includes 10 actions per month at no cost and no card required
• Pro is $11.99 per month and includes 1,000 actions
• An action is one generated rewrite or reply
• Your period starts the day you sign up, not on the first of the month

Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; Stripe adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you are.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut access off the moment you cancel. After that your account returns to Free and stays usable.

If a payment fails

Your access continues while Stripe retries the payment. We do not remove Pro over a card that expired. If the payment ultimately cannot be taken, the subscription ends and your account returns to Free.

Refunds

If the product does not work as described, write to support@sayalign.com and we will refund you. A full refund ends Pro access; a partial refund does not.

What you write is yours

You keep every right to your messages and to the text the tool produces for you. We claim nothing in it. We do not use your messages to train models — and since we do not store them, we could not.

What the tool is not

SayAlign produces suggestions, not advice. It is not a lawyer, an accountant or a compliance check. Read what it writes before you send it: AI can be wrong, and you are the one whose name is on the message.

This matters most in exactly the situations the product is built for — refusals, disagreements, anything with money or a deadline in it.

Fair use

Do not use the service to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, to send bulk unsolicited messages, or to break the law. Do not attempt to resell access or extract the service through automated means. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be unavailable. It depends on our AI provider and on the sites it works inside, and those change without telling us. If a supported site changes in a way that breaks the extension, we will fix it as quickly as we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for what you decide to send or for the consequences of sending it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why. If we discontinue the service, we will give notice and refund any unused paid period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
