Three things it does, inside the message
Rewrite what you wrote. Reply to what they wrote. Or name the situation and let it write the message the situation needs.
Rewrite
Select a sentence or the whole draft and choose how it should read. Your meaning stays; the delivery changes.
Output stays in the language you wrote in. One toggle sends it in English instead.
Reply
Select the message you are answering. SayAlign reads it, picks up its language, and drafts a reply in the tone you choose — with your notes if you have any, without them if you don\u2019t.
With no notes, the reply acknowledges and commits to nothing on your behalf. Say what you want and it says it.
Handle a situation Pro
A rewrite changes how something sounds. These decide what the message does — and then say it in a way that leaves the relationship intact.
Push back
The disagreement survives and is unmistakable. No "some concerns", no passive voice hiding who missed the deadline.
Say no
The reader finishes knowing it was no. No thanks-for-understanding before they have understood anything.
Ask for payment
Names what is owed and by when, from your notes only. No apology for asking, no invented late fee.
Follow up
Short, concrete, and free of "I assume you are busy".
Answer an angry client
Lowers the temperature without apologising for something you have not admitted or promising a remedy you have not decided.
Negotiate
Works only from the positions in your notes. Never volunteers a walk-away point or a budget ceiling.
Escalate
Factual and unemotional: what was asked, what happened, what is needed now.
Set a boundary
Clear about the limit, warm where it can be, and short — explanation invites negotiation of something that isn\u2019t negotiable.
